  • What it was about
  • Explain why you enjoyed it.

Answer (model B1):
One book I really enjoyed was The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. I read it about two years ago when a friend recommended it to me. The book is about a young boy who travels to find treasure, but in the end, he discovers that the real treasure is his journey and what he learns about life.
I enjoyed this book because the story was simple but also very deep. It gave me motivation to follow my dreams and not give up easily. I also liked the language because it was easy to understand for me.

Part 3 – Discussion

A: It’s very important. Reading helps children to improve their imagination and also their language. If children read from a young age, they can learn faster and express their ideas better.

A: Personally, I prefer watching movies because it’s more visual and I can enjoy it with friends. But books give more detail, so sometimes I like to read when I want to focus and think more deeply.
